Right of withdrawal

The customer has the right to withdraw from the contract free of charge and without specifying the reason within the term of 14 (fourteen) working days by informing our commercial offices simply of the revocation of the contract. Your communication of the reason for the return would be very appreciated by all our staff.

The Customer is obliged to return the products received, no later than 14 (fourteen) days from the date on which he communicated his decision to exercise the right of withdrawal.
Return costs (shipping and packaging costs) are charged to the customer.
Our management will refund the payment (excluding delivery costs) within 14 days from the moment we receive the products.
The refund will be made with the same payment method chosen during the purchase phase and the credit could delay a few days before being displayed (depends on the type of card used).

Return conditions

It is not possible to accept the termination of the contract if the condition of the goods or its quality has been influenced by the consumer (dirty or damaged items).

In case of termination of the contract, we can only accept items that are in their original condition, including packaging, packaging and hang tags too.

RIDAY® product returns are not accepted unless they have been purchased directly from this website.
